Our LISTSERV is not changed to release 1.7a yet.

I'm looking forward to release up of LISTSERV. But our LISTSERV(1.6e)
is not release up yet. I checked some LISTSERVs release. I knew the
folowing LISTSERVs were not changed.
       LISTSERV@JPNKISCT, LISTSERV@JPNKISCI, LISTSERV@JPNKNU10(ours)
  Node tree:
       CUNYVM2 - JPNSUT00 - JPNSUT50 - JPNKISCT - JPNKISCI - JPNKNU10
                                       --------   --------   --------
Why were not these LISTSERVs changed to 1.7a ?
