OK.  This is caused by your email client wrapping the command, so the
person's last name appears on a different line from the rest of the
command.  If you can't turn off linewrapping in your email client you
can get around the problem by using 'continuation cards' as described
in section 4.1.1 of the List Owner's Manual:
