Last night, for reasons I have not yet had time to investigate, our system
ran out of disk space on the disk volume where Listserv keeps its files.

The Listserv software failed to restart. L-Soft tech support recommended I
move the permvars.file file out of Listserv's path and restart. That got
much further, but now the Listserv software sits for a few minutes after I
do a restart (batch or interactive) and dumps core. Moving all the job
files out of ~listserv/spool and restarting the sw did not help either.

I am awaiting further feedback from L-Soft tech support regarding this
issue, but while I am waiting, I figured I would post the problem here to
see if anyone else has encountered this problem and found a way to fix it.
