I'd like to write an exit to perform certain functions when a message is
posted to a given list  Are exits called at that time or just for list
maintenance operations?  The docs I read weren't very clear on this.  My
server is running under NT 4.0 so any suggestions or samples would be
appreciated.  Thanks.
