Not exactly. First of all, it's PUT not PUTC; PUTC is just the opposite,
i.e, store the file WITHOUT any filelist validation; and the third
parameter should be <filelist> (the 'target' filelist), not <filemode> that
would be interpreted as 'filelist' and probably cause errors from LISTSERV.
