Hi again and thanks for the help.  I've tried every variation I can
think of, but the signature is still getting stripped.  It appears to be
Application/X=PCS7-SIGNATURE . The digital ID was obtained from
Verasign.  Any ideas would be helpful.  Thanks.

I'm having success with 

Attachments= application/pgp-signature,Filter

for one of my lists, where I post myself, using detached PGP sigs in
MIME parts. YMMV, especially since you did not specify which kind of
signature system that is being used ;-)
