Thanks to all who responded to my wuery about setting up a List of Lists.
 
It turns out the the Header keyword is Send= not Sender= (I knew that
just typed it wrong ;-( ).
 
And the SEND= (LIST1),(LIST2),(LISTn) needs the ( ) around each list.
