To be precise, it is sending it to the (indirect) operands of the
DB2-L list definition keyword ERRORS-TO=. That keyword has a
default of POSTMASTER or OWNERS (depending on which HEADERS keyword
document you read) in which case it is sent to all non-quiet owners
defined elsewhere, or to your explicit userid operand (is so
encoded).
There is no law that says that you must send it to you (I have an
e-mail/bbs setup to receive the tons that I receive). Or you could
specify the operand NONE, which I don't recommend.
