Recently there has been a flood of mailings that are adressed to three
or more lists at a time.  A lot of people are subscribed to more than of
these lists, and receive multiple copies.  At the same time the network
gets flouded with files no one will ever read.
A simple solution would be to have listserv check if a posting is for
multiple lists.  In such a case it should send out only one copy to all
users that are in more than one lists.  This will not help avoiding
multiple posting to different listservs, but It is better the present
situation.
