What looks like a mail file to me was sent to one of our lists.  It arrived
as a CLASS M punch file and was called TANDERSO @THUMAIL.  I've included
the first part of it below.  Our normal software would consider this a mail
file since it is class M.  However listserv treated it as a file and
rejected it since the list won't accept files.  What's wrong?
