Thanks for all the suggestions about LISTSERV HELP files. What I'm really
looking for is a set of files to be used with the CMS HELP command.
 
Several people have indicated that they would like copies of such files.
Since nobody seems to have them, here's an idea: How about a cooperative
effort. If I can get several people to volunteer to write files for,
say one command apiece, I will organize and distribute them to interested
parties.
