I've changed LSVXMAIL EXEC in LISTSERV at IRLEARN to recognize
'JNT-EAN MAIL GATEWAY -- FAILED MAIL' as a subject field which
indicates a mail loop.
 
This should clear up the problem of looped rejection messages
for failed mail to Daresbury subscribers in the .CH domain.
