Hi,
   Could someone explain how the TAG information is placed on
   mail from listserv lists?  That is the info as returned by
   the command CP TAG QUERY FILE spoolid
 
   In particular, the fourth and fifth fields always seem to indicate
   the listname and the node.  I was wondering where and by whom
   this tag information is set.  Is it set by the listserv, the mailer
   or CP at the receiving host?  If it is by the above three, is the
   TAG information picked up imlicitly from the information contained
   within the headers of the mail (i.e From: or Sender: tags)?  Or
   is it set explicitly by the originating listserv?
