Hi all.

Having trouble with bulk adds since upgrading our win2k server listserv up
to 1.8e.  I've checked the wa.exe user to make sure it has write access to
the upload folder underneath the www_archive_dir directory, but whenever I
try to upload some addresses to any of our lists, I get 0 addresses added,
0 errors.  I do not get any of the error codes which usually deal with
improper permissions or directories not configured correctly.  I have been
able to bulk add addresses before this upgrade.

Any ideas?
