Is there ( or does someone have an unofficial pkg ) a utility  that
will scan PERMVARS and translate the entries or at least print a
readable list of all ids currently listed as served-off ( and whether
they did it themselves, were banned by local NAD, or were banned
bitnet-wide ( if there is such a thing ? ) ?
