The Weekly Bookmark is a new list that was created as a companion to the
Website at http://www.webcom.com/weekly/  Recently, the size of the list
has grown to over 1600 and has started to cause problems with my billing
at Webcom.  For this reason, I cannot allow them to bill me for erroneous
things and charge me for mail I didn't send.  I will not go into this.  I
would like to move this list which has grown at a steady rate of about 50
subscribers per week to an inexpensive commercial site or a non-profit
educational site.
 
The list would consist of 2 to 3 postings per week of approx 10k - 30k by
myself at mostly non-peak hours.  If you are interested in looking at the

I am trying to set this list up to make it as non-demanding as possible.
I would like 2 text files to return with the subscription confirmation
which I could change frequently (ie unsub instructions, current issue).
