Auto-Delete= Yes,Semi-Auto,Delay(4),Max(100)
Renewal= 3-Monthly,Probe

i have a mailing list with approx 2000 subscribers

around 100 or so email addresses were bulk-added incorrectly to the list
(the hostname is incorrect)

although these email addresses are generating delivery errors which
initiate a subscription probe, none of them have been removed from the
list  (3-5 messages have been posted to the list since Oct 1st)

in the probe reports that are sent to the owner of the list, the Err column
and the Last column do not increment over the 5-day Delay() period  i.e.

The following 97 subscribers are currently being monitored:
Err First Last Address

Last error: SMTP; 550 <[log in to unmask]>... User unknown
....

the daily probe reports show the same Err-First-Last for each address over
the 5-day period   this seems to indicate that after the first day, the
probe is not being performed ?!?

and of course, because the probe is failing, the addresses are not being
removed from the list

the way i want the Auto-Delete to work is:
1. a subscriber address is put on "probe" after bouncing a message
2. then it is probed each day for 5 days - Delay(4)
3. it is deleted on the fifth day

this is how i have observed the Auto-Delete to work in the past

are my Auto-Delete= and Renewal= keywords not setup properly?
any recommendations about how to setup the Auto-Delete= and Renewal= keywords?
