This is not new with 1.7 but with 16E-003o (issued on 90/07/23), which is
part of the base  1.7a code. A possible solution is  suggested in the fix
description, which  I am sending you  via SENDFILE (it is  available from
LISTSERV@SEARN as V16E FIXLIST).
