Uh... this is sorta embarrasing, but I keep sending "tell listserv serv
operator" and he keeps telling me there's no such command.  I've tried this
on remote systems as well as my own, with the same result.  Honest, I've
done this before with no problems and I see no mention of it being deleted
in 1.7A... am I brain-glitching the syntax in some way?
