Bug in LSV$NUPD

There is a little bug in the default LSV$NUPD EXEC exit supplied with the NUPD
package: this month's  files were being called NODE881 instead  of NODE8801. A
new version  is available from  [log in to unmask] I have also  removed LSVIUCV
MODULE from the FORWARD PACKAGE;  everybody should have installed release 1.5l
by now and I don't like shipping useless files.
