Thanks for your reply, but I think we are missing the target. My intention
is to start a discussion list, and I neet to obtain a non-commercial status
certification (to be able to use a non-commercial listserver).
 
Now the big question is: where should I go to obtain a non-commercial status
certification, for my discussion list proyect?
