  First he must be a member.

  Second, and easiest, is to get a new password.  Ok message should return soon enough, that is if his email address is still correct in the subscribers list.

Could someone tell me a command to change a list owner's 
password. I have tried every thing that I know to walk a user 
through the process of changing their password. We've tried 
the link to change password by registering and just hitting 
enter. He never gets the message to ok the change. I did it 
from my work station and immediately got the message. Thanks.
