I don't  want to implement  filtering capabilities that  make assumptions
based on  the spool fileids  normally used  for VM executable  files. The
file could be called 'A B' and load  as 'GAME2 MODULE', it could be a VMS
virus, anyway  I have  personally decided that  sites (mostly  MVS) which
still  send mail  as files  should  be given  an incentive  to learn  the
meaning  of the  mystical  word "RFC822",  and changed  all  my lists  to
"Files= No" a while ago.
