High LISTSERV Figures

How come these figures are so high? I know that we had a problem with
IRLEARN's server (corrupt PEERS NAMES file), but I haven't heard from
either of these two sites. I'd like to help, if I can. (PS: TREARN was
doing great until we had a mysterious logoff one night. No console
