No. It developed in the BITnet environment but is now a
commercial product marketed by L-Soft Inc and doesn't require
BITnet access at all. Contact [log in to unmask] for pricing

There are some homebrew versions, but the real thing is cheap
enough that it's not worth the headaches. Get the real thing.
