There were a number  of problems with ARPA lists... For  some reason I forgot
to modify LSVXMAIL to  make use of the new "MSG" option  of LSVTELL to suppress
sending of notification  mail to ARPA when  a list is temporarily  held. It was
also very  desirable to have  a "Sizelimit" keyword on  a list per  list basis.
There were  finally a few  problems with the  REVIEW command when  the listname
was specified with  extra chars, eg REVIEW UNIX-WIZARDS (-->  UNIX-WIZ in fact;
the extended  syntax is purposefully  accepted but I  forgot to check  the name
length limit on CP CLOSE... :-) ).
 
  An ARPA SHIPMENT with  the appropriate changes has been sent  to those of you
who participated in  the ARPA migration. If  I have forgotten one  of you, just
drop me a note within a few days... The name of the new keyword is SIZELIM=nnnn
(it overrides MAILMAXL if present).
