You need to configure your primary mail exchanger to recognise that mail
sent to [log in to unmask] is legitimate and allow it to be
relayed to your LISTSERV machine.  You'll then have to configure the MX
records of your SOA (Start of Authority) DNS to advertise that all mail
addressed to your.listserv.com should go to the IP address of your
primary mail exchanger.

If you tell us what sort of setup you have (OS, mail gateway) you may
get some more detailed help.
