This  is again  a lot  of work  for  not much,  I think.  I don't  really
understand why it is so important to you:
 
1. You can use your personal password  for all the lists you own, so that
   you have only one password to remember.
 
2. If by mistake you GET a list  whose password you did not know, you can
   also UNLOCK it  without having to specify the password,  ie you do not
   get "stuck" in a situation you cannot repair...
