There is no command to this on all lists at once, you must use a FREE command for each individual list.  But, there's nothing stopping you from sending several FREE commands in a single email, as long as they appear on a line by themselves.  For example:

  FREE 1stLIST-L
  FREE 2ndLIST-L
  FREE 3rdLIST-L
  [etc]
