This may be a naive question, but here goes anyway:  What does it mean
when I see a message in my LISTSERV console log about some other node
storing "LISTSERV REFCARD" on my server?  Is this actually
a file transfer, or is it part of the inter-server communication
that goes on behind the scenes?
