All my lists have attachments allowed. Although the only posting to the
lists is from internal and we have good virus protection on servers and mail
server.
We still make all users copy attachments to their hard drive and scan first
as once bitten twice shy!!

Question for Listserv admins out there: If you disallow attachments as your
default policy when creating new lists, are you seeing an upsurge in demand
for that restriction to be lifted? I've had to take
Attachments= No out of three list headers this week. My theory is that as
people get better virus protection on their PCs and in their mail servers,
they see less reason to be cautious about attachments.
