You still need to list all the editors in the header of the edited list.
LISTSERV doesn't understand that the editor address EDUEDIT is a list,
much less that you intend the subscribers to be editors of CAPEDIT.
(Not that it couldn't notice that it had an EDUEDIT list, it just isn't
set up to look for/inside a list when validating the sender's authority.)
