We set up a new list for a faculty member and when he was convinced it
was going to work he asked if they could move the archives from a previous
(LISTSERV) list to this new one.  The old list had notebook= weekly
while the new one has notebook= monthly and the search feature doesn't
work.

I tried putting all the weekly files into a monthly file (cat
LIST.log1205a LIST.log1205b ... >> LIST.log1205) but that didn't work.
Does anyone know a secret to getting this done?
