That is my thought as well.

It is generating a lot of errors.

Did the Exchange/Domain admins change something? Of course, they'll deny it.  Also a chance of network/firewall change, which of course will be denied even more vehemently than a change in the Exchange server.

basically, something is closing the connection before ListServ expects it.
