OK.  That makes sense.  RTFMing the Listserv.tips file also told me a bit now.
 Now, last question about this:
 
Why did this suddenly start happening last month?  Was Renewal= a feature
added to Listserv about a year ago because UUS-L is set for yearly renewal.
