In a message posted to this list last week, I stated that the configuration
'Send= Editor,Confirm' would cause postings from non-moderators to be
rejected. That is incorrect.

'Send= Editor' (with or without 'Confirm') will cause messages from
non-moderators to be forwarded to the moderator(s) with a header
paragraph which identifies the sender and includes instructions for
forwarding the message to the list.

'Send= Editor,Hold' (with or without 'Confirm') will cause messages from
non-moderators to be forwarded to the moderator(s) as approval requests.

Someday, I am going to remember exactly how these combinations of options
work.
