Of course that is mail inbound to the Barracuda which tells us nothing at all
about mail outgoing from the Barracuda to LISTSERV or anywhere else.  But this
does show that at least for inbound mail the Barracuda appears to comply with
standards and does support HELO for incoming.  So if it only fails to support
HELO for its outgoing mail then the Barracuda needs to be fixed or replaced.
