Today in the morning

started to send  rejection notices (well, better not mention  the form) to the
list VM-UTIL, which got distributed, rejected  ... you can imagine the rest. I
think Manfred Bogen has taken care of it.
Looking at LISTSERVs console I suspect that  the same is going on right now on
SQL-L and maybe some other lists.
