The Standard Advice for starting a list is to FIRST search for existing
lists that might already exist in your subject area. To get a great
set of instructions (compiled/authored by Marty Hoag) for doing this
(including the Listserv Database Search script), issue a GET LISTSOF
LISTS to [log in to unmask] While you're at, issue an INDEX NEW-LIST
which will return some filenames that you will also want to retrieve
(later) by additional GETs.
