Make sure you're using SMTP workers, otherwise the web interface will be
useless with PSU's workload. You should also tune sendmail and in particular
add FEATURE(nocanonify) as this makes sendmail accepting incoming mail
a lot faster. Your DNS will also be grateful. In general, performance problems
under unix are usually due to sendmail not accepting mail at the rate LISTSERV
wants to submit it.
