Here's the situation:
Normal Listserv person goes on vacation, tells me that I'm now looking after
our listserv stuff and telling me not much more than how to create lists.

Here's the problem:
Things are working as normal for a while, but now when anyone tries to log
in to the "Mailing list management interface" or the "Server Management
interface", after filling in their account/password information they (and I)
get the message:

Error during command authentication
Protocol error while communicating with LISTSERV - contact system
administrator.

Aside from that it seems to be still working normally (I'm still getting
Do you have any ideas of what we should look for/do?
