PEERed Lists and placement of subscribers

It is  a good idea  to check peered  lists from time  to time for  the optimal
placement of  subscribers. I know  of lists where users  from one node  are on
different peers - this causes unnecessary traffic.
It also  prevents successful  auto-forwarding of list-oriented  commands (like
SIGNOFF).
Postmasters, check your lists from time to time with EXPLODE.
