In your site.cfg file in x:\LISTSERV\MAIN, what are the values for

SMTP_FORWARD=
SMTP_FORWARD_1=

If either of these points to SWMAIL.LSOFT.COM, then you must change both these
lines to point to your own SMTP server.  Then stop/restart LISTSERV.
