We just recently upgraded.  As you know, the web interface is very
different. Expect list owners to be confused and not know where to
go to do the tasks they were doing before.

Had a few cases of Listserv being blamed on some subscribers not
receiving their email. It always turns out to be the missing email
is in their spam folder or someone couldn't post because they were
using the wrong email address.
