Strangely, it doesn't much matter, especially if the list definition includes:

REVIEW= OWNER

Nevertheless, for completeness, have the subscriber (or perhaps the owner) issue (on subscriber's behalf):

SET listname CONCEAL


Finally, if the subscriber posts to the list, they need to make sure that their mail client includes the NAME that they want other receivers to see.
