I had implemented a local command here to have LISTSERV also do mail forwarding
for users who just cannot appreciate the IBM 3083 here.
 
I didn't think it would useful anywhere else, but someone at another LISTSERV
installation found it and wanted the code for the command.
 
If anyone else is interested, let me know (translation: "Feed my ego!") and
I'll send you what you need.
