Does anyone know if L-Soft provides a SQL script for creating the LISTSERV table
required for DBMS support?

We are looking at integrating DBMS support for use with our membership database.
I read Chapter 4 (DBMS and mail-merge support) of the Developer's Guide, but the
references to the table columns are sparse and vague, so if anyone could provide
more specifics regarding the table requirements I would be appreciative.
