How to turn off the message has been explained, but this will only delay the
user figuring out their posts are being moderated.  This has been much debated
on LSTOWN-L and elsewhere, but the consensus appears to be that honesty (i.e.
openly showing that posts are being moderated and not trying to hide this) is
the best human relations policy for List Owners.
