I believe that lists that have notebooks (archives) all have digests available.  Depending upon the
default option or user SET, a daily digest will be generated.

Also depending upon a host ;-) of factors, daily digests could be received in a bunch.  It would take
an in-depth look at the RECEIVED line headers to determine where the hangup was.
