1. lcmd works correctly (from dos-prompt)
2. lcmd (via a cgi-script) works correctly when initiated via NETSCAPE-server
3. lcmd cannot (when using the same as in 2. above, except via APACHE)
    *communicate with listserv*. i think there's my problem.
